Ways to Order
We make it simple for you! You may process an order online, email, or phone it in. (513) 794-3190 | (888) 775-4800
Maintenance uniform orders require a PO#, which can simply be your name. If you are purchasing corporate apparel, you may process the order online via PayPal using your credit card or phone the order in and give your credit card information over the phone.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, we will email you an invoice.
Production Time
We strive to produce your orders within 7 business days! However, the pants that require special hemming need a few extra days.
Production time may be extended due to holiday or inventory delays.
Return and Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges of decorated apparel are permitted unless there is a defect with the product or decoration. Digitek Uniforms does not hold inventory of decorated apparel. Jobs are produced as orders are received from properties.
Pants and shorts may be exchanged for a different size if done within 10 business days of order placement. Towne Properties is responsible for cost of returning the product to Digitek Uniforms and shipping of the replacement pair(s).
